Welcome to the New Chapter of Mamoon Remedies

Hello old friends and a warm welcome to new ones! After two-and-a-half years in the UK, Mamoon Remedies is now rooted in the beautiful countryside of West Sussex. I will be bringing our workshops, remedies, and herbal research to this new home. Before I do, I have decided to dedicate the next few months with studies to help me better understand the laws, ingredients and environment I will be working in. During this period, I will be sharing plant wisdom on Instagram and on the blog.

March 2026 I aim to launch the Plant of the Month deep-dive series. I will continue to develop and find homes for the hands-on Kitchen Witchery sessions that blend herbal science, history and tradition, the multisensory Baresense Project for visually impaired communities, an expanded online store with seasonal products, custom formulations, intuitive readings, and bespoke botanical experiences. Each offering is crafted to inspire, educate, and reconnect people with the living worlds, rooting us deeply in nature and in ourselves.

Our desert plant work continues to be homed at Juniper Moon Sanctuary in California. Over 12 years with herbs has shown me that plants hold stories, wisdom, and medicine that can guide us back to our most grounded, authentic selves. I believe I hold a unique gift in this work, becoming an antenna, vessel, and translator for the plants so their messages and medicine can be heard. Baresense Project

These workshops will explore how plant allies and breathwork can support mental health, with a special focus on anxiety, depression, and sensory connection. We begin with “Serenity in a Jar”, where participants create personalized smelling salt jars through a tactile, aromatic journey rooted in emotional wellness.

I am interested in understanding the most fundamental and truest nature, of life, through the lens of the microscope. Our basic nature is encoded in our dns or in the dna of a single leaf or piece of rock... what the microscope highlights is the magic and miracle of all that we can’t experience with our simple 5 senses. This is where the magic of life, survives. This is where our automatic sign posts, of what we are expected to believe about ourselves and our own healing, diminishes.
